Student assistant wanted for medtech (part time)

PlatoScience is a young Danish medtech company manufacturing at-home brain stimulation devices for mental health treatments. We are looking for a part time (average 15-20 hrs/week) student assistant to support the executive team with solving practical problems.

The role will be based at our office at Vesterbrogade in Copenhagen, but we are an international team with members in Copenhagen, Stockholm, South Africa, Brazil, and Aalborg – so some tasks can be solved online.

You need to have work experience (any type), a fundamental interest for – and understanding of – technology; and be really good with digital office tools (text, presentations, spreadsheets), preferably the Google workspace suite. Fluent English required, and basic Danish skills is a plus but not a requirement.

The work will be independent and you will be responsible for managing your own time, while also working very closely with the whole team as part of solving your tasks. If things go well, there is a future full time role for the right candidate.

Examples of task could include, but not limited, to:

• Manage Linkedin and website content
• Working with designers to prepare and print material
• Customer relations management
• Market survey/research
• Logistics and supply chain
• Office administration tasks
• Identify relevant clinics and stakeholders
• Support team specialists with practical tasks
